Stabilized Hulled Oats (Groat)

Raw oat grains are dehusked and subjected to a thermal treatment to deactivate their enzymes, primarily lipase and peroxidase, thus preventing rancidity caused by enzymatic hydrolysis. Additionally, this process ensures the preservation of their natural color and aroma.

Raw oat grains are hulled and heat-treated to deactivate their enzymes, primarily lipase and peroxidase, thus preventing rancidity caused by enzymatic hydrolysis. This process also ensures the preservation of their natural color and aroma. Finally, they are cut into three pieces.

Instant Flakes

Whole grain flakes are produced by milling oat grains (milled groats) that have been sorted and subjected to a steam thermal treatment (120°C), and they have a thinner thickness compared to the traditional ones.

Oat Flour

Oat flour is a natural product obtained from the fine milling of oat flakes or hulled and stabilized grains (groats). The product contains oat bran and does not contain additives or preservatives.

Gluten-Free Oat Flakes, which includes seed selection, planting in fields where wheat or barley have not been previously grown, and proper harvesting. Additionally, the process requires a fully sanitized facility to begin producing gluten-free products.

Each batch is analyzed using the “Elisa Sandwich” method.

For this line, we have the ECOCERT organic certification and release the product as gluten-free after prior confirmation from an external laboratory, where the “Elisa Sandwich” method is used to ensure real certainty about the gluten concentration.
